Nothing is more intriguing to us than societies, their cultures, and their languages, in short, the way we interact with each other. It is exciting to meet new people and to discover our likeness as well as our otherness in comparison with our counterparts and detect where we can learn from others and where we can offer support.

By unlocking alternative cultural backgrounds we learn to understand other peoples’ manners and perspectives. Awareness of these differences offers you therefore opportunities to use them to your advantage and ultimately succeed in your undertakings.

Professional career

More then 40 years of experience in Human Resources:

  • 2 years of on-the-job training as assistant HR manager in a retail chain
  • 7¼ years as assistant HR manager in two subsidiaries of the same retailer (head count of about 450 and 800)
  • 8 years as head of HR for blue-collar workers in a middle-class industrial company (head count of about 300 in 9 manufacturing plants)
  • >25 years of freelancing as consultant in the areas of leadership and HR
